AI-900 Certification Exam

The Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals (AI-900) exam closes June 30, 2026. KOICA covers your exam fee up to two attempts. Two TIU-hosted exam Saturdays are scheduled — register through the Google Form.

Online Class (Zoom)

7:00 PM - 7:30 PM: AI Consulting special session. Because this session is online via Zoom, all students are encouraged to attend. AI Consulting students should prioritize participation because it directly supports their course.

7:35 PM - 9:00 PM: Azure Q&A and pre-exam special lecture. Bring your AI-900 preparation questions.

The Zoom link will be shared by the operations team.

In-person Class (On-site)

Attendance is mandatory for Azure Tuesday/Thursday students. This session counts toward course completion requirements and serves as the final pre-exam review before the June exam round.

Prepare for the AI-900 exam

Once approved, open Learn for the AI-900 prep hub — practice, keyword drills, a wrong-answer notebook, and full mock exams.

Answer questions with instant feedback, keyword highlights, and Uzbek explanations. Wrong answers go to your notebook.

Keywords

Drill the exam keywords. Spot the keyword in a question and you usually know the answer.

Notebook

Re-answer your wrong questions on a schedule. Three spaced correct answers graduate a question out.

Mock Exam

60 questions, 45 minutes, real exam scoring. 700/1000 is a pass and earns +150 XP.

How Do I Access the Learning Management System?

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the eligibility requirements?

The program is open to university students (undergraduate/graduate), recent graduates (within 1 year), and IT professionals. Applicants should have English proficiency and basic Python knowledge.

Is the program free?

Yes. The program is fully funded by KOICA through the Civil Society Cooperation Program. There are no tuition fees for selected participants.

What is the time commitment?

The program runs for 12 weeks with blended learning: online video lectures, live Q&A sessions, in-lab practice, and monthly expert lectures. Expect approximately 10-15 hours per week.

Do I need prior programming experience?

Basic Python knowledge is recommended but not strictly required for the Azure AI Fundamentals course. The Gen AI and MLOps tracks benefit from programming experience.

What certification will I receive?

Upon completion, you will receive a program certificate. Additionally, all students prepare for the Microsoft Azure AI-900 certification exam, a globally recognized credential.

How does the internship placement work?

Top-performing graduates are matched with partner companies for a 2-month paid internship. Partners include Mohirdev, TwinTech, BigTech, KT Uzbekistan, and others.

What equipment do I need?

All hardware is provided at the AI labs on campus, including GPU workstations. You only need a laptop with internet access for online sessions.

How do I apply?

Applications are submitted through our online form. You will need to provide your CV, academic credentials, and a personal statement. Selected candidates will be invited for an interview.
