Start with the Console.
Open the authenticated Academic Console, use your personal check-in QR when you arrive, and record your elective choice in your own account. The Console is the source for your current section, room, attendance, and practice status.

Arrival and check-in
Bring your original
photo ID.
Please arrive at TIU Building B (7 Kichik Halqa Yo'li Street, Tashkent, map), large room B411 on the 4th floor, between 18:30 and 19:00 for the opening. The personal QR check-in window stays open until 19:30, Asia/Tashkent. Open your personal check-in QR in the Academic Console and show it with your original photo ID to the designated tutor. 19:00 gacha yetib keling. QR orqali ro'yxatdan o'tish 19:30 gacha davom etadi. Kechiksangiz, tyutordan yordam so'rang.

The designated tutor checks your face and registered name in person. No ID image or number is saved.

Wait for approval
Your Certificate of Acceptance is sent after staff check your attendance and the Korean team approves it. Your Confirmation of Admission follows the normal enrollment process.
Your weekly pattern
One AI-901 day.
One elective day.
Every student takes one AI-901 section and one elective on different days. The cohort is 45 confirmed students; your section and rooms appear in the Academic Console.

Wednesday
Gen AI and MLOps, two rooms
Gen AI + Prompt Engineering meets in Room 1 (B414) and AI Engineering (MLOps) in Room 2 (B418), 19:00-21:00. Each class has its own guest lecture every two weeks, within 19:00-21:00 (up to two hours): Gen AI with Xurshidbek Kurbanov on odd weeks, MLOps with Mamur Djurayev on even weeks. On the other weeks the tutor leads practice. You may join the lecture in the other room. Online lessons stay separate for each course.
Thursday
AI Consulting
AI Convergence Solution Consulting meets in Room 1 (B414), 19:00-21:00, from 17 September 2026. 20 places. Consulting students take AI-901 B on Tuesday.

Where is the venue?
TIU Building B, 7 Kichik Halqa Yo'li Street, Tashkent. Orientation is in the large room B411 on the 4th floor. Room 1 is B414 and Room 2 is B418.
What should I bring?
Your original photo ID and a charged laptop with its charger. Wi-Fi is available.
When should I arrive and how do I check in?
Please arrive between 18:30 and 19:00 for the opening. The personal QR check-in window stays open until 19:30. Open your QR in the Academic Console and show it with your original photo ID to the designated tutor. If you arrive late, ask your tutor for help.
What happens on the September 8 opening day?

Can I choose my elective before arriving?
Yes. Open the Academic Console, complete sign-in, and record one elective in your own account. There is no public 19:15 lock time; if your choice is unavailable, ask your tutor. Consulting meets in person on Thursdays in Room 1 (B414) from 17 September 2026, with 20 places.
How is my AI-901 section assigned?
The Academic Console manages current section assignment. AI-901 sections have no published capacity cap. Current 2026-2 pairing is Gen AI -> AI-901 A; MLOps and Consulting -> AI-901 B; your assigned section and room appear in your authenticated Console.
Which rooms and times do the electives use?

What if I cannot attend today?
Reply to the Telegram bot before 19:00 so staff know. Your Certificate of Acceptance is sent after staff check your attendance and the Korean team approves it. If you arrive late, ask your tutor for help. Complete the first-week LMS makeup activity by September 13.
When do I get my certificate of acceptance?
It is sent privately on Telegram after staff check your attendance and the Korean team approves it.
When do I receive LMS credentials?
When your LMS account is ready, your login is sent privately. All issued students study together in the shared Azure 900 + AI-901 online classes. Your onsite class section appears separately in the Academic Console after staff assign it. Never share your login in group chats.
Do I get an Azure account?
Yes. Each student receives an individual Azure practice account. Your sign-in name appears in the Console under Personal Azure; the password is delivered privately.
How do weekly mock tests work?
One 12-question mock per week in the Console at /student/learn/mocks. The week 1 window opens Tuesday 19:00 and closes Sunday 23:59 (Tashkent).
When are the AI-901 certification exams?
Round 1 is October 19-23 and Round 2 is November 16-20, 2026. Booking and vouchers are handled by staff.
When is the hackathon and how are teams formed?
The completion ceremony and hackathon are on Saturday, November 28. Wednesday project teams of five form on the first Wednesday, September 9, with your tutor.
What do I need to complete the program?
At least 75% attendance (9 of 12 weeks), grade D or above in both AI-901 and your elective, and taking the midterm and final tests.
Who do I contact for help?
Your tutor first, then the Telegram student group. Use the Academic Console for anything involving credentials or personal data.
First week
Keep September 13 free.
Both Tuesday AI-901 sections (A and B) receive one 30-minute LMS makeup activity because orientation uses the first 30 minutes of the evening. Complete it by September 13.
