Opening Ceremony

Congratulatory remarks by Dr. Iskandar Yuldashev (TIU Director); Opening speech and program overview by Dr. Young Joon Lee (Project Director); Guest introductions.

Completion Ceremony

Certificate awarding for all Azure Fundamentals & GenAI graduates; Group photo.

Committee Meetings

Operating & Industry Committee meetings — strategy and collaboration discussions.

Final Development

Students finalizing development and pitch prep in labs; Live feed of development activities displayed in the Main Hall.

Hackathon Pitches

15 minutes per team (10 min pitch + 5 min Q&A); Guests and audience observation.

16:30–17:00

Judging & Awards Ceremony

Judges' deliberation and winner selection; Awards ceremony and closing remarks.

"AI for Uzbekistan"

Developing AI Agents that solve real, practical problems in Uzbekistan using Azure AI technologies. Teams utilized local data contexts to demonstrate immediate, on-the-ground relevance.

Local Impact 40%

Utilization of local data and effectiveness of problem-solving for Uzbekistan.

UI/UX of the prototype and functionality implementation.
